An online school that gives Belarusian women — including those in vulnerable situations — a free path into AI, programming, freelancing and English. Operating since December 2025. The first proof of concept of the human-capital model.

What ARIA is

ARIA AI School is a free online school for Belarusian women. It teaches the skills that are in demand right now — working with AI tools, programming with AI, freelancing, building a professional presence — and does it in a format that fits women who work, raise children, or have had to rebuild their lives abroad.

The school opened in December 2025. By September 2026, 240 women had received free education or requalification in IT-related skills.

Courses

  1. AI Assistant — practical work with large language models for everyday and professional tasks.
  2. AI Programming — building working software with AI co-pilots, no prior coding background required.
  3. Freelance — finding clients, pricing, contracts and platforms for remote work.
  4. LinkedIn & personal brand — presenting yourself to the international job market.
  5. English — conversational and professional English, B1–B2.

How learning works

No video lectures. Every student works with an AI assistant, receives text assignments, gets feedback and builds a real project by the end of the course. The format is cheap to run, scales without a classroom and produces something a student can show to an employer.

Why it matters

ARIA is the first proof of concept of the Human Capital doctrine: a small investment in a person's skills converts into income, independence and — for a country — into growth. What works for 240 women can work for 240 000 citizens when it becomes public policy: retraining, AI and technology skills, transition stipends, a new model of education.

How to join or support
